It won't be long before we're going to need to teach Madeline the meaning of sharing. This morning I dropped her off at daycare and as soon as I sat her down she made a bee-line over to her friend Josh and snatched his toy right out of his hands. She looked at the toy for a second then threw it down and crawled off to find herself another toy. I couldn't believe it! I asked Vicki Lou if she does that to poor Josh often. She said, "yeah, ...Josh usually doesn't mind though, but when he tries to take a toy from her she hangs on for dear life"! Little Madeline's not even 10 months old yet and is already bullying? Oh goodness!

Fun

Madeline is getting to be so much fun to play with. She's starting to understand how to actually play with her toys and not just bang them together.

Ipad

It's amazing to me how kids just know the things they aren't supposed to play with and that's what they're drawn to. Oh, and please excuse the fact that she never seems to have pants on ... Hey, it's been hot ; ).
